Our time together is led by you there’s no strict agenda so we can focus on whatever feels most important in that moment. During pregnancy, this might look like chatting through your birth preferences, exploring your options, practicing comfort measures for labour, or simply having a cup of tea while you share how you’re feeling. I can help you and your birth partner feel more prepared and confident by going through practical techniques like breathing, positioning, and ways to stay grounded during labour. After your baby arrives, my visits are about nurturing you as well as your baby—whether that’s offering gentle support with feeding, helping you settle into your new rhythm, or just holding space while you process your birth experience. I can also lend a hand with light household tasks, make you a snack, or ensure you have time to rest, because your wellbeing matters just as much. Every visit is shaped around your needs, with the intention that you feel supported, reassured, and never alone.
