In this package, I have included everything that I can offer as a Doula. Not only will you receive quality information and guidance, but you will also have me, someone devoted to you, who listens, empathizes, and has your back at every turn.

What's included?

Unlimited calls, texts, and video chats from 30 weeks or the moment of booking if after.
Attendance at appointments (if required) or appointment debrief over the phone.
A get-to-know-you home visit
2 separate home visits for everything, birth planning, and postnatal/breastfeeding planning.
On-call from 37 weeks
Attendance throughout your birth experience from the moment you need me to the appropriate moment after your baby has been born.
Continued unlimited calls, texts and video chats up to 4 weeks after birth date.
2-3 visits during the first month of life.

What to expect in your home visits.

While creating a bond during these visits I will have tailored these sessions to be as educational as you need them. One visit could be as simple as blitzing your house and preparing for a glorious home birth or it could be us sitting at a table planning your birth plan. While understanding my educational limits I can provide you the basics of an antenatal class, as in, the explanation of how your baby is born and the transitions of your body, tips on managing your pain, how to prepare and look after your baby and many more.
